医疗机构悬挂名称规定
一、各区县卫生计生行政部门应严格按照《医疗机构管理条例》、《医疗机构管理条例实施细则》及原卫生部和国家卫生计生委的有关文件要求和程序核准医疗机构名称。原则上只核准一个名称，对确有需要核准使用两个或两个以上名称的，必须确定一个第一名称。
二、各医疗机构应规范使用名称。医疗机构的印章、银行帐户、牌匾以及医疗文件中使用的名称应当与行政部门核准登记的医疗机构名称相同；使用两个以上名称的，应当与第一名称相同。不得擅自在对外悬挂的医疗机构牌匾或开展的宣传中使用未经行政部门核准的机构名称。医疗机构名称需要变更的，要及时向行政部门申请办理变更登记手续，经核准后方可使用。
三、各区县卫生计生行政部门和各医疗机构要对名称核准和使用情况进行自查。对于命名或名称使用不符合有关规定的，要及时进行整改。我委将适时对医疗机构命名和名称使用情况进行抽查，对发现的违规情况进行通报批评。
